This often happens when you think a task is difficult or when you've never done it before. It can also happen when you're overwhelmed with a lot of other activities.

In today’s hectic world, often times we find it too difficult to know how to be productive in our daily lives. We pour 100 percent of our efforts into doing as much as we can but there are times when there’s just so much to do that we can’t seem to focus on just one thing anymore and get things done.   Learning how to be productive and staying focused can be a challenge whether it be at work or at home. Say No! Saying no may be hard but keep in mind that over-committing may increase your stress, fatigue and risk burnout.
